Mayjoy garnet water jet sand is produced by computer-controlled automated production lines, with high product purity and reasonable particle size distribution.

 

1. Sandblasting - Garnet abrasive has moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, high specific gravity, and good toughness. It is an ideal "environmentally friendly" sandblasting material;
2. Free grinding - Grinding-grade garnet abrasive is used for free grinding in the fields of picture tubes, optical glass, single crystal silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade, etc. It is a commonly used grinding material in China;
3. Resin abrasives - Garnet abrasive has suitable color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention. It can be used as a filler to replace 20%-30% brown corundum in resin abrasives, with ideal results;
4. Coated abrasives - Garnet abrasive is the raw material for sandpaper, gauze and other manufacturers;
5. Functional filler - mainly used in automobile brake parts, special tires, special building products and other fields, and can be used as wear-resistant materials for the construction of highway pavement, runway, dock, parking lot, industrial floor, sports field, etc.;
6. Filter medium - it is a new application field of garnet. Granular garnet is used as the bottom medium of the filter bed to purify drinking water or wastewater. It is a new water filtration material at home and abroad, especially suitable for non-ferrous metal beneficiation: oil drilling mud weighting agent;
7. Hydraulic cutting - it uses garnet abrasive as cutting medium and relies on high-pressure hydraulic jet for basic cutting. It is used for cutting oil (natural gas) pipelines, steel and other parts. It is a new and environmentally friendly cutting method.
