Introduction

Steel shot ball is a type of steel shot used for surface preparation and cleaning of materials with many advantages in manufacturing and use.
Production Principles:

The manufacturing process of Steel shot ball usually consists of 4 main stages:

1. Wire Cutting: The wire is cut to produce small pieces of raw material.

2. Melting: The raw material is placed in a high temperature furnace and heated by electric arc, gas or fuel.

3. Forming: the molten metal is placed into hard molds and shaped by cooling and curing.

4. cleaning: the finished product is cleaned and screened to remove surface impurities and nonconforming products.

Uses:
