1. General composition.

A complete wet sandblasting machine generally consists of five systems, namely structural system, medium power system, piping system, control system and auxiliary system.

2. Working principle The wet sandblasting machine uses the grinding fluid pump as the feeding power of the grinding fluid, and the evenly stirred grinding fluid (a mixture of abrasive and water) is delivered to the spray gun through the grinding fluid pump. The compressed air is used as the acceleration power of the grinding fluid, and enters the spray gun through the air pipe. In the spray gun, the compressed air accelerates the grinding fluid entering the spray gun, and sprays it to the processing surface through the nozzle to achieve the expected processing purpose. In the liquid sandblasting machine, the abrasive liquid pump is the feeding power, and the compressed air is the accelerating power.

 

Compared with other pretreatment processes:

1. Sand blasting is the most thorough, versatile and efficient cleaning method.

2. Sand blasting can make the workpiece choose between different roughness, but other processes cannot do this. Hand grinding can produce a rough surface, but is too inefficient for large-scale, large-area use. Although chemical solvents are clean, the surface after chemical cleaning is too smooth, which is not conducive to coating adhesion.
