1. Garnet grit blasting is processed from garnet, a natural silicate mineral with stable chemical properties. It has a high melting point, high specific gravity, high hardness, strong acid and wear resistance, and good chemical stability. It is a new type of wear-resistant water purification material.

 

2. Garnet has strong competitiveness in the filter medium used as a water filter for gravel layers, showing broad prospects, because it has some advantages that some filter media do not have, such as garnet as a filter medium for water filters does not contain organic matter, no crushed or ground minerals, and also does not contain acid-soluble components and other fine particles.

 

3. Since iron aluminum garnet has a large specific gravity and does not contain organic matter and soluble acid, it has its advantages in filtering urban water. It can compete with silica sand, ilmenite, magnetite, etc. in terms of cost, durability and effectiveness.

4. Coated abrasives
Garnet has high hardness and specific gravity. Its unique self-sharpening advantages make it a raw material for grinding wheels, emery cloths, high-precision sandpaper, oilstones, and grinding pastes. 5. Functional fillers
It is wear-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant. It is used as a filler to make new products such as wear-resistant rubber, wear-resistant plastics, and anti-slip paints. It is used as a cement filler to make high-efficiency wear-resistant cement, which is widely used in the construction industry. It is an ideal material for building highways, runways, docks, hotel entrances, parking lots, sports venues, and industrial floors.

 

6. Resin abrasives
It has suitable color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention. It can be used as a filler to replace 20%-30% brown corundum in resin abrasives, with ideal results.
