Rotary Kiln calcined bauxite  is widely used in the refractory and aluminum industries. The most basic use of bauxite is the production of aluminum in the metallurgical industry, which accounts for 85% of total bauxite consumption. Calcined bauxite is the basic material of refractories, there are rotary kiln bauxite, vertical kiln bauxite and round kiln bauxite, the grade of which is 85%, 86%, 87%, 88%, 90% respectively, the refractory temperature is 1780 ℃, with good chemical stability and mechanical properties. The remaining bauxite consumption can be divided into two categories: specialty alumina and "other". Bauxite in specialty alumina is used for the production of aluminum nitride, calcined alumina and activated alumina, and accounts for 10% of total bauxite consumption. The "other" category refers to bauxite mined directly for use in industries such as refractories, cement and caustic soda. In terms of market size and value, refractory bauxite occupies a significant position in the non-metallurgical market end-use.
