Brown fused aluminum Abrasives is produced by smelting of calcined bauxite at more than 2000°C in an electrical furnace, it is a tough, hard raw material with high strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity. It is widely used for general cool grinding and cutting of many kinds of tool steels, and for grinding sharping and deburring of hand tools, drills, chisels, blades, cutting tools, also for carbon steel, alloy steel, malleable castiron or hard bronze grinding & cutting.

Product particle size according to international standards and national standards production, according to user requirements for particle size processing. The common particle size number is F4~F320, and its chemical composition varies according to the particle size. The outstanding feature is the small crystal size and impact resistance, because of the self-grinding machine processing and crushing, the particles are mostly spherical particles, the surface is dry and clean, and it is easy to combine with the bonding agent.
