1.Sandblasting
Garnet sand abrasives have the characteristics of good hardness, good toughness, and no free silica. It is used for sandblasting and rust removal and surface treatment in stainless steel, carbon steel, shipbuilding and other fields.
2.Water blade cutting
Garnet sand has the characteristics of sub-conchoidal fracture, high hardness, and sharp edges. Water jet cutting uses garnet sand as the cutting medium and relies on high-pressure water jets to cut oil and gas pipelines, marble, rubber, glass, etc.
3.Grinding tools and abrasives
