The main process contains four steps: 4times broken, 4 times washing, 2 times drying and 2 times magnetic separation.

Garnet sand can be used as abrasive for high pressure water jet cutting equipment (commonly konwn as sand-adding water cutter). Becasue of its wide range of uses and ease of operation, waterject cutting is the world's fastest growing major machine tool processing technology. When water is pressurized to 40,0000 PSI (or more) and passes through a small opening, its cuts througha vatiety of soft materials including food, paper, diapers, rubber and foam. And when a small amount of garnet sand is added to the water arrow and mixed with it, the resulting water arrow with sand can actually cut any hard material including metal, composite, stone and glass. 

Our company's spray grade garnet abrasive, completely composed of natural iron and aluminum garnet ore, with natiral high hardness, wear resistance and non-toxic and non-heavy matel properties known. The main types of garnet sand used for sandblasting are 10-20mesh, 20-40mehs, 30-60mesh and 80mesh etc. Meanwhile they can be customized for production according to customers' specific requirements.
