As one of the refractory materials, the application of brown corundum in the industry has received widespread attention. This material will produce a large amount of smoke and dust in the smelting process. How do we treat this product correctly?
After the new process is adopted, brown corundum is made in the electric arc furnace by smelting at 2000 ℃, so a large amount of smoke and dust will be produced during the smelting process. Some of these dusts are mechanical dusts belonging to raw materials and ingredients, and some are chemical dusts produced in the high temperature smelting process of electric arc furnace. Different types of dusts have different treatment schemes.
Before formulating the recovery and utilization plan of brown corundum dust, its composition and characteristics should be studied and analyzed before implementation. Then the various components of the dust can be separated, and through the complex processing process, the relevant products, including building materials products, ultra-fine alumina, metal gallium and potassium fertilizer, are again used in industrial production.
